Overview

The Consultant agrees to provide SEO services as outlined in the deliverables, utilizing industry-standard practices to improve the Client’s search engine presence. However, the Client acknowledges that the Consultant has no control over the policies or algorithm changes of search engines such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo. Consequently, the Consultant does not guarantee specific ranking positions or a fixed increase in organic traffic, and the Consultant shall not be held liable for any fluctuations in search engine rankings that occur during or after the term of this agreement.

The Client is responsible for providing the Consultant with necessary access to the website’s content management system (CMS), Google Analytics, and Search Console. Any delays in providing such access may result in a shift of delivery timelines and project milestones. Furthermore, the Consultant shall not be responsible for any loss of rankings or site functionality caused by the Client or a third party making unauthorized changes to the website’s code, structure, or content while the SEO campaign is active. All payments are non-refundable once the diagnostic and implementation phases have commenced.
