1. Scope of Services

The Consultant agrees to provide the search engine optimization (SEO) services as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Any work requested outside of the SOW shall be considered 'Out-of-Scope' and billed at the Consultant’s standard hourly rate.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The Consultant shall provide the Services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM [Time Zone]. The Consultant will respond to non-emergency client inquiries within 48 business hours. 3. Client Responsibilities

5. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. If the Client terminates without the required notice, the full fee for the final month remains due.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Consultant be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of search engine algorithm changes or website downtime.
