Waiting 30 days for a paper check severely impacts freelance cash flow.

Overview

By executing this Project Sign-Off Form, the Client acknowledges that all web development deliverables, including front-end interfaces, back-end architecture, and integrated databases, have been inspected and meet the technical requirements established in the initial project scope. This formal acceptance confirms that the Developer has fulfilled their contractual obligations, and the Client agrees to release the final balance of the project fee within the timeframe specified in the payment terms.

Upon receipt of the final signature, the Developer grants the Client full ownership of the custom code and assets, while the Developer is released from liability for any subsequent site failures, security vulnerabilities, or performance issues caused by Client-led modifications or third-party platform updates. Any post-launch support or bug fixes requested after this date will be governed by a separate maintenance agreement or subject to an hourly consultancy rate.
