Payment Schedule

Approval Checkpoints
Each milestone requires written digital approval from the Client via MicroFreelanceHub. Approval of Phase 1 data discovery signifies acceptance of findings and authorizes the Consultant to move to deck assembly. Client failure to provide feedback within 5 business days constitutes automatic phase approval.
Late Payment
Invoices not settled via payment link within 3 calendar days of milestone completion will result in an immediate pause on all audit services. Launch Conditions

Change Requests
This agreement covers CRO diagnostic auditing only. Requests for custom Shopify Liquid development, A/B test setup, graphic design asset creation, or third-party app development will be scoped separately via a formal Change Request and billed at Consultant's standard hourly rate ($150/hr).
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 3 calendar days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client remains responsible for all fees accrued up to the date of termination. Deposit payments are non-refundable once store data collection has commenced.
