Upfront Payment

Client Review
The Developer will provide access to a staging environment or review link upon completing designated development phases. The Client is responsible for testing user registration flows, payment gateway sandbox transactions, and content access restrictions. Feedback must be consolidated into a single, comprehensive written submission within the allocated review period.
Approval Deadlines
The Client agrees to review and provide written feedback or approval within five (5) business days of receiving milestone notifications or staging site access. If the Client fails to provide feedback or sign off within this period, the deliverable will be deemed fully accepted and approved by default, allowing the Developer to proceed to final delivery or project closeout.
Delivery Conditions
Final site migration, production gateway activation, administrative credentials handoff, and full site launch will occur only after all fees are paid in full and written milestone approval is recorded. The Developer retains all code, configuration files, and administrative controls until all contractual conditions are met.
Refund Limits
Due to the custom nature of membership site architecture and immediate resource allocation, payments made under this agreement are non-refundable. If the Client elects to cancel or pause the project after execution, the Developer shall retain all upfront fees paid to cover labor, administrative costs, and reserved developer availability.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches material obligations.
