The Writer will deliver high-quality, ghostwritten LinkedIn text assets as detailed in the agreed-upon project scope. Each deliverable is designed to fit the Client’s personal brand and strategic goals. Deliverables may include structured text posts, hooks, comment responses, and scheduling briefs.
All drafts will be delivered via the agreed project workspace or MicroFreelanceHub workflow in organized batches according to the following schedule:
- Weekly batches of five text-based posts.
- Optimized character counts and formatting tailored for the LinkedIn desktop and mobile feed.
- Accompanying media briefs or image placeholder suggestions.
Review Process
Upon delivery of each content batch, the Client has a dedicated review period of three business days to examine the drafts, request adjustments, or grant formal approval. Feedback must be consolidated and clear.
If the Client fails to provide feedback or request revisions within this three-day window, the content batch will be contractually deemed approved, triggering the final payment milestone.
Acceptance Criteria
Content is considered accepted and approved when the Client takes any of the following actions:
- Submitting a formal digital sign-off or clicking "Approve" within the MicroFreelanceHub portal.
- Publishing, scheduling, or distributing any portion of the delivered drafts on LinkedIn or other public channels.
- Providing written confirmation of satisfaction via email, Slack, or direct messaging.
Any partial use of the deliverables in a live environment constitutes full acceptance of that entire content batch.
Revision Limits
To ensure project momentum, each content batch includes a maximum of two rounds of revisions. Revisions are defined as minor adjustments to tone, phrasing, formatting, or factual corrections.
Revisions do not include complete rewrites based on a change in the Client’s brand strategy, business focus, or sudden shift in target audience. Requests for revisions must be delivered in writing within the designated review period.
Final Payment
Approval of the content batch immediately authorizes and triggers the final milestone payment. The Client authorizes the instant release of funds or the processing of the automated payment link provided by the Writer.
No final raw files or scheduling credentials will be transferred or activated until the final milestone invoice has been paid in full. The Writer reserves the right to halt publishing schedules if any payment remains outstanding.
Post-Approval Changes
Once content is approved, any subsequent edit requests, rewrites, or platform adjustments requested by the Client will be billed as out-of-scope work. These additions will be invoiced at the Writer's standard hourly rate or as a separate flat-fee milestone.
The Writer is not responsible for the organic performance, reach, engagement, or algorithmic shifts on LinkedIn once the approved content is published.
