1. Scope of Services

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Freelancer shall maintain the following service standards:

  • Turnaround Time: First drafts will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving a complete brief.
  • Response Time: Freelancer will respond to Client inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
  • Revision Cycles: Each deliverable includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Major pivots in strategy after drafting has begun will be billed as new content.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide all necessary background information, brand guidelines, and timely feedback. Delays in providing feedback exceeding seven (7) business days will result in the project being marked as 'Approved,' and the final balance will become due immediately.

4. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. 5. Limitation of Liability
