Deposit Strategy & Payment Terms

Design work on the Framer canvas will not commence until the initial deposit is paid in full. This deposit secures project scheduling, canvas architecture setup, and component design time. All payments are processed via secure payment links integrated into this agreement workflow.

• Initial Kickoff Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due upon signing prior to canvas initialization.
• Final Balance Payment: 50% due immediately upon client approval of the Framer staging preview, prior to workspace transfer or custom domain publishing.

Framer Scope & Interactive Canvas Deliverables

The scope of work is limited strictly to the agreed Framer canvas architecture, responsive breakpoints, dynamic CMS collections, and interactive components detailed below.

• Canvas Layout: Custom responsive layouts engineered for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile breakpoints.
• Interactive Components: Custom component variants, hover states, scroll triggers, and overlay menus as defined in the project roadmap.
• CMS Collections: Configuration of Framer native CMS collections, dynamic item templates, and relational field bindings.
• Integrations: Basic embedding of third-party forms, custom code overrides, or analytics scripts explicitly itemized in the scope.

Client Testing & Staging Environment Duties

Upon notification of staging completion, the client is granted access to a private Framer staging URL (.framer.app) for review and functional testing.

• Testing Window: The client has five (5) business days from staging delivery to complete functional testing across supported browser environments and devices.
• Client Responsibilities: Client must test interactive variants, link routing, dynamic CMS population, and responsive breakpoint display.
• Consolidated Feedback: All feedback must be submitted in a single, organized document or annotation batch within the testing window.

Formal Approval Criteria

Formal approval indicates that the project meets all design, technical, and layout criteria established in the initial agreement.

• Staging Acceptance: Written sign-off or digital approval submission confirms acceptance of the Framer design, breakpoints, and interaction behaviors.
• Content Independence: Approval of the Framer layout and structural build cannot be withheld due to missing client-supplied final copy, media, or delayed DNS access.
• Trigger for Final Invoice: Staging approval automatically triggers the issuance of the final payment link.

Revision Limits & Scope Boundaries

To keep projects on schedule and within budget, revisions are strictly limited to adjustments of existing assets within the defined scope.

• Included Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of consolidated minor design and layout adjustments during the staging review phase.
• Out-of-Scope Items: Creating new page templates, rebuilding custom component architecture, adding additional screen breakpoints, or adding new CMS collections constitute scope changes.
• Scope Change Process: Additional requests will be estimated separately and billed via an additional payment link prior to execution.

Final Payment & Payment Link Gate

Full financial clearance is required before any source files, project assets, or domain deployment rights are released to the client.

• Payment Clearance Gate: Final payment confirmation via the provided MicroFreelanceHub payment link is mandatory prior to project transfer.
• No Unpaid Transfers: Framer workspace contributor rights, remix links, and direct project transfers will remain locked until 100% of project fees clear.

Project Transfer & Handoff Conditions

Upon receipt and confirmation of final payment, the handoff process will proceed according to the agreed project configuration.

• Domain Publishing: Designer will connect and publish the site to the client's custom domain or Framer host account upon account access authorization.
• Workspace Transfer: Designer will initiate the Framer project ownership transfer or provide the official remix transfer link to the client's designated Framer account.
• Documentation: Basic operational guidance for updating native CMS collections and editing text layers will be delivered as part of final handoff.
