In the event of inclement weather, such as rain or temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the Contractor reserves the right to postpone work to ensure the structural integrity of the mix and the quality of the finish. Any alterations to the original project footprint or additional base material required to stabilize the ground will be documented via a written change order and billed at the Contractor's standard hourly or material rates. The Client agrees to keep all vehicular traffic off the new surface for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours following completion to allow for proper curing.
