Payment is due upon delivery of the post-remediation verification report, and any additional structural repairs or build-back services following the removal of contaminated materials are considered outside the scope of this contract unless explicitly added via written amendment. The Expert’s total liability for any claims arising from this service is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
